Whiskey Island is one of my favorite summer spots in CLE! On Saturday, July 14 starting at 4pm, you can have some fun on Whiskey Island for a good cause with Shoes and Clothes for Kids 7th annual Luau on the Lake!
Shoes and Clothes for Kids (SC4K) provides income-eligible families in Cleveland with new clothes and Payless Shoe gift cards to fulfill their children’s needs. Check out this video on the good work done by SC4K:
Luau on the Lake is one of SC4K’s biggest fundraisers, along with just being a big party! There’s beer, wine, food (citrus chicken, sweet and sour pork roast, jerk spiced potatoes and more), beach volleyball, live music, and more!
Tickets are $40 for general admission and $50 for VIP admission. Tickets can be purchased online before July 11. When purchasing online, enter “Why CLE” in the Special Notes section for a chance to win a Social Media Prize Basket to be raffled off at the event.
I’m also giving away 2 sets of 2 VIP tickets to Luau on the Lake. Each winner will receive 2 VIP tickets, which get you food, beer, and wine at the event, plus 3 specialty island cocktails, a tote bag, Hawaiian lei, and souvenir cup!
